There are three types of pillows that we recommend in our office. Though there are three we recommend we do have access to pillows of all shapes and sizes if we don't have what your looking for, we will do what we can to help you find what will fit for you.
Tri-Core Support Pillow
As you sleep the Tri-Core pillow cradles your neck in its more natural and neutral position.
This pillow is great for back or side sleeping. This is our most popular pillow.

MATTRESSES
The average american living to the age of 74.1 will spend 194,821 hours of there 649,401 hours on earth sleeping. That is a lot of time in bed! Sleeping on the wrong mattress can cause increased back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain and just overall increase stiffness and discomfort. A bad mattress can also disrupt good sleep as pressure points build and you are forced to toss and turn at night to stay comfortable. With the amount of time one spends sleeping it seems like a good idea to invest in a good mattress that fits all of your support and comfort needs. Though there are a vast amount of mattresses on the market today that can fit your individual needs, we do recommend two different types of mattresses here at our office.
